In a nutshell, my goal is to get into Human Resource Management. I have some restaurant management experience, but it’s been about five years since I’ve managed anything because I’ve been at home with my son. I have an Associates in Business and am planning on going for my Bachelor’s. Please help with a good objective,… I’m a bit rusty these days!
I’m a State Insurance Adjuster and every year I have to come up with 4 goals for the upcoming year. The goals have to be measurable by Supervisor and something that can be seen by taking action. I just hate to do this and for the last 14 years I have come up with something. I’m all out of goals.
I entered in a contract selling life insurance for a company and I believe it is too unilateral (in their favor). This contract seems more like they own me and they tell me what I mandatorially have to attend (which is funny because the money comes from my pocket not theirs). There is no guarantee of assistance and mo guarantee of pay. You get lectured continously in class (and in this case they continously repeat the same thing, but when they see you are not reaching their goal they are not working to help or even giving answers to help. There is no protection for the employee.
