I’m studying Event Management from a book ” Professional Event Coordination by Julia Rutherford Silvers”. In Chapter 10, “Food and Beverage Operations”, it said: the food depend on the purpose, goals, objectives of the event/ it has to fulfill the aspiration of a event. I don’t know clearly about that?
