I’m putting together a program for employees who meet their quarterly goals. Based on their goals, they will achieve either a tier 1 (met goals), tier 2, tier 3 or tier 4 (far exceeded goals) recognition, with prizes to match.
I need to put together some theme ideas first.
So far I have:
-Vegas Theme, levels of winners would be “Shooter”, then “Hot Shot”, then “High Roller” then “Winners Circle”, and the top winners get a trip to Vegas.
- Hollywood Theme, levels of winners would be “Golden Globe” and “Academy Award” etc., and the top winners get a trip to Hollywood.
