Specific Measurable Attainable Reliable Timebound

employee goals

Just a Business Plan only, not the Marketing. I construct professional-grade business plans & marketing plans that really are the cream of the crop. I have expertise and $5,000 worth of software and an established list of contacts, and offer support on demand. Recently, because of client growth, I have hired others to form teams to complete project goals, but I want to pay them a yearly salary above 50,000. What do you think is the lowest rate I should offer for a level 1 plan. All of you in my eyes are potential clients and I want to make it as affordable for you as possible and still give my employee well deserved checks. SO WHAT WOULD YOU SPEND ON A PROFESSIONAL-GRADE BUSINESS PLAN?

management by objective

Love to know what are the problems hindering ‘management accounting’ from achieving its promise of efficiency in an organisation.

employee goals

I am thinking of creating a business that has no office. All the people would work out of their homes and on customer sites. Most communication would be e-mail, web and video. This would be a software company so there isn’t any physical manufacturing. Employees are responsible for their own schedules, but goals have to be met to have continued employment. What do you think of this plan? Would you work for this type company? Tell me what you think.
