Hi im 15 and im writing a CV for a college interview (They asked me to bring one along). i have been using a templete from word and its says objective and then “write objective here”…….
Anyone know what that means!!
Thankzz x

Why do some people argue that Human Resource Management (HRM) is more rhetoric than reality? And explain why there are doubts whether HRM`s objectives are achievable?
This is the question in my past exam papers and I want to find out the answers.

They say goals should be SMART:
S = specific
M = measurable
A = attainable
R = realistic
T = timely
I agree with the Specific, Measurable, and Timely, but I find the Attainable and Realistic to be a bit confusing - they’re too similar.
I’ve read other interpretations with the A standing for Appropriate, and also the R standing for Relevant. Which do you think works best for the A (Attainable or Appropriate) and the R (Realistic or Relevant)?
I had been using Attainable and Realistic. But I’m thinking of changing Realistic to Relevant and keeping the A as Attainable (because I kind of see it as the same thing as Realistic).
Example - I like playing Tennis, but can I be a professional? Is it attainable? Probably not, it’s not realistic. However, another view of it is - is it relevant? I would say no, I enjoy playing tennis, but becoming a pro is not relevant to my overall purpose in life.

Like newspaper, can you list some other objective writing sources?
And like poetry, what other type of writing is subjective?

now i want to give a neat ending to this.
can any1 help me?
especially the one with the brackets.
i would like to keep it as the last lines.
Each new beginning holds the promise of success.
Create an exciting vision of ourselves and the life we desire.
Write down a plan of action for accomplishing our goals.
Magical things tend to happen when you put pen to paper or finger to keyboard. The very act of writing down things, brings them out of our heads and into the physical plane.
Set short term, measurable goals and assess the progress periodically.
Establish a support system and accept the strength of others to supplement your own.

THANK YOU and have a wonderful day.
