then in the second sheet i want to transfer the employee name and goals base in the Date, what they did.

<p>so what i have is a sheet<br />
Date:<br />
Names ,       Goals   ,          actual<br />
then in the second sheet i want to transfer the employee name and goals base in the Date, what they did.</p>
<p>no i did this formula: VLOOKUP(A5,EmployeeDailyActuals,3,0) but when I make changes in the first sheet it repeat the same sale twice, and is not givin me the date. </p>
<p>can anybody see, how can i do this.<br />

<p>Abstract (Translated into english)</p>
<p>Present year; 2008, the steps towards a modern society are being given; yet the topic of inequality is still a thing of importance discussed in politics, economics and social issues. For us, future teachers, education goes on its way of differences; a deeply difference between high and low class’s. The school as an agent of sociabilization supports what has been called to take down those benefits that social class’s have for educational issues. If we are capable of going through that institution, taking its functions into parts; we find the first key, which joins the expectations of the success in respect to the society to which the individual social beings want to belong. Then, we spoke about the pedagogue; his labour and his most important role that is supposed to motivate new projects for life within a society. By circumstance, his role becomes higher in importance and reason. Is this role carried out completely?  Is the range for action really getting goals previously mentioned by pedagogues?  The exploratory nature of our investigation allow us to focused on this topic from a critical point of view and using thoughts of ideological academics and thinkers to reach targets. Marx, Weber, Durkheim, Bernstein, Freire, Althousser who left their knowledge in duty to increase the power of our minds in order to know our own reality.  To make the variants of our investigation measurable offers an answer for this issue by which gives us a reflexive task, on which we should work, leaving behind the theory we have inherited from an educational system spreading inequality. As an act of conclusion, at first instance, we then concluded; it being a long and exhaustive process requires patience besides the promise to periodically review the pattern of subjective for education, which we need to have into consideration to able to identify the obstacles in the educational way. Identifying makes easier to ignore them.</p>
